- Bookings from December 20–23 include a 15% premium due to peak-season demand.
- Bookings on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day include a 20% premium.
Custom Experiences
Premium custom experiences — such as staged photo sessions, elaborate arrivals, large corporate productions or multi-location events — are quoted individually so the details, travel and time are matched to your vision.
Travel beyond Bucks County and the immediate Philadelphia region may also be quoted based on distance.
The Cause Behind the Fees
A portion of proceeds from paid appearances helps create complimentary Santa experiences for deserving organizations, families and communities. You may choose to have your donation public or anonymous. As the 2026 program develops, specific charitable partners and impact will be shared here.
